Digital Products

All digital assets, 3D animations, and music tracks are delivered instantly via email or a download link immediately after your payment is confirmed. There are no shipping costs or waiting times for digital content.

Physical Products

For any physical merchandise or prints, the following terms apply:

Shipment Processing & Delivery We aim to process and deliver physical orders as quickly as possible. Due to varying demand and production times, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. You will receive a notification as soon as your item has been dispatched.

International Shipping & USA We ship worldwide. Please be aware that for international orders, especially to the United States, delivery may take longer than the estimated 14 days due to customs processing and local postal transit. We appreciate your patience as these factors are outside of our control.

Shipping Rates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes phluxmotion is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages phluxmotion is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
